How the Bullseye Framework Helped Us Reach +10k/Month
I'm sharing a process that helped me and my co-founder reach over 10k per month in 2019 at a service company.
Do You Know the Bullseye Framework?
Gabriel Weinberg and Justin Mares listed 19 marketing channels in their framework. The Bullseye Framework is visualized as a bullseye with three concentric circles:
- Outer Circle (Brainstorming): All possible marketing channels.
- Middle Circle (Testing): Channels with potential that are worth experimenting with.
- Inner Circle (Focusing): The most promising channels where you'll focus your resources.
How You Can Apply This
- Brainstorm all potential channels.
- Prioritize channels based on potential impact.
- Test top channels with small experiments.
- Focus on the most promising ones.
